Lone Star Vacuum – Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be free from damage, wear, or misuse.

Note: Items that are not in their original packaging or show signs of damage may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Higher deductions may apply if:

  • The product is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
  • The item shows signs of use or damage.

Exchanges

You may exchange your new product for another item of equal or lesser value within the 30-day window.
