Which SEBO should I consider for pet hair?
Start with a powered-brush model such as the FELIX Premium, AUTOMATIC X, or an E3, K3, or D4 canister. Your flooring and preferred handling will help decide which is the best fit.
What is the difference between a power head and a turbo head?
An electric power head has its own motor driving the brush roller. A turbo head uses the vacuum’s airflow to turn the brush. For substantial carpet cleaning, compare electric power-head models with us.
Are all SEBO vacuums bagged and made in Germany?
SEBO’s corded uprights and AIRBELT canisters are German-made bagged vacuums. The BALANCE A1 is a separate cordless, bagless model; check its listing for specifications.
What warranty will my vacuum include?
Coverage depends on the model, collection, and applicable warranty program. Ask us to confirm the motor, parts, and labor coverage for the specific vacuum you choose, including any extended coverage offered. Read SEBO’s standard limited warranty.
Can you help with bags, filters, and repairs?
