I bought this for my grandmother to replace her 30 year old Oreck which died. She likes them due to their light weight without sacrificing quality. Performance is just as good as the old one, the handle actually feels sturdier than the old one. I was also surprised they still have a light on the front, very few vacuums still offer one.
