This is a unique, full-time position combining customer service, vacuum sales, troubleshooting, and hands-on repair. Vacuum Sales, Service & Repair Specialist
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Honest, dependable, and professional
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Retail, sales, appliance repair, or equipment-repair experience is helpful
- Vacuum-industry experience is a plus but is not required
- Availability to work Saturdays

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vacuum cleaners, accessories, bags, filters, and floor-care products
- Demonstrate products and explain differences between models
- Diagnose vacuum cleaner problems and recommend repair options
- Perform maintenance and vacuum cleaner repairs
- Process sales, repair tickets, warranty claims, and payments
- Keep customers informed about repair estimates and status
- Maintain an organized showroom, repair area, and inventory
